Product information "Schwanheimer Industrial Kitt 60g"
Characteristics: For filling, sealing and bonding of cracks, joints, gaps, scratches and holes. For bridging, repairing, forming, fixing, restoring and strengthening. Perfect adhesion on metal, steel, copper, brass, cast, aluminum, hard PVC, ABS, ceramic, stone, concrete, wood, glass, rubber, etc. The kitt is waterproof, sticks to humid surfaces, can be used under water and has a very high compressive strength. Temperature (-50°C to +280°C), ageing and chemical resistant. The kitt can be mechanically processed (drilling, grinding, sawing, milling, thread-cutting, painting) without dificulty when hardened.
Application: Take the required quantity of the adhesive and the hardener (2-K, grey compound) and mix them with your hands at a ratio of 1 to 1. After having achieved a uniform color, the mixture has to be used within 10 minutes. Let it harden at room temperature for 2 hours. Please read the instruction manual provided with the products.

- For the repair of machinery, vehicles, fuel tanks, oil pans, gates, bars, devices, systems, tools, plumbing equipment, radiators, furnaces, windows and doors
- Suitable for leakage and sealing of pipes, pumps, pipes, fittings, flanges, gutters, tanks, containers, casings, boiler, heating elements, cold/ hot- water pipes
- Fills and seals exhausts, holes, cracks and scratches
- Bridge bumps, ideal to fill material
- As plug replacement at the outbreak on concrete, stone, floors, wood walls, ceiling and furniture parts
- To glue the threaded rods and bolts in outbreaks or holes
Advice: Working at the Kitt broken threads, screws and door hinges in the broken thread into the screw briefly dip in oil, turning into the soft putty and allow to harden. After curing, the screw is unscrewed. The result is a new thread without drilling or cutting.
Shelf life: 24 months. Store in a dark place.
