MATURITY AND PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE

(1) The purchase price is due with contract.

(2) Payment can be made by payment in advance, payment on account or paypal. For a paypal payment, 3,0% pro rata payment fees apply to the shopping cart.

Schwanheimer Industriekleber GmbH reserves to hedge their credit risk, however, to pre accordance with the respective credit ratings as requested by customer delivery in individual cases only against advance payment. In this case the company Schwanheimer Industrial Adhesive GmbH is the customer before contact (usually by phone) and announce him this payment. If the customer then do not agree with this method of payment, he can cancel the order without condition, without thereby incurring costs. With the cancellation of the customer exists for this no liability to the company Schwanheimer Industrial Adhesive GmbH from the order.

The shipping cost is 4,95 € for deliveries within the Federal Republic of Germany or 8,81 € for deliveries in other countries. From an order value of 150 € net the delivery is free within Germany. The minimum order value is 29 Euro.

(3) The customer is only entitled to set-off if his counterclaims are legally established.

Consumer information for contracts relating to the purchase of goods

If you order as a natural person when you visit our homepage commodities that can be attributed mainly either your commercial or independent professional activity, you (13 § Civil Code) are thus consumers, we would like to point out the following:

(7) The purchase price is payable as follows: within 14 days of receipt of the invoice or in case of payment with the payment request by us.

(8) We deliver the goods in accordance with the agreements made with you.

(9) for the execution of the contract between you and submitted data will be stored by us. In that regard, we refer to the rules of data protection in our terms and conditions.

The contract text is not stored by us and can not be accessed after completing the ordering process. You can print immediately before submitting the order data, however.

After completing the order process is indicated by the display of the order number you of the receipt of the order in the web shop. We also send immediately to the e-mail address you specified a confirmation with your order data and reproduced above Conditions, the Terms and Conditions and these consumer information by e-mail.
