Characteristics: Color: transparent, single-component adhesive, low viscosity, easy handling, rapid hardening, high final strength, clean and transparent bonding. The bonded joints are extensively waterproof, temperature (-55 / +95°C), humidity and chemical resistant.Application: The accurately fitting surfaces of the parts you want to join must be dry and free from rust, grease, dust and other adhesives (we recommend to clean the surfaces before the application with ACETONE or one of our cleaners!). Apply the adhesive sparingly in dots or lines on one of the surfaces. The adhesion is initiated by pressing the parts together (contact pressure/deoxygenation). Without pressure the parts can be moved for a few seconds. Do not move or stress the parts for some minutes. The final strength depends on the material. It is recommended to test the bonding before use.Opening, dosing and storage: Cut the bottle tip at the notch. For storage, reseale the dispensing tip with the micro tip (fine dosing tip) or candle wax. Protect the adhesives from direct sunlight or heat radiation.Shelf life: At least 12 months; but can be extended if kept in a cool place (refrigerator). Characteristics: For filling, sealing and bonding of cracks, joints, gaps, scratches and holes. For bridging, repairing, forming, fixing, restoring and strengthening. Perfect adhesion on metal, steel, copper, brass, cast, aluminum, hard PVC, ABS, ceramic, stone, concrete, wood, glass, rubber, etc. The kitt is waterproof, sticks to humid surfaces, can be used under water and has a very high compressive strength. Temperature (-50°C to +280°C), ageing and chemical resistant. The kitt can be mechanically processed (drilling, grinding, sawing, milling, thread-cutting, painting) without dificulty when hardened.Application: Take the required quantity of the adhesive and the hardener (2-K, grey compound) and mix them with your hands at a ratio of 1 to 1. After having achieved a uniform color, the mixture has to be used within 10 minutes. Let it harden at room temperature for 2 hours. Please read the instruction manual provided with the products.Applications:- For the repair of machinery, vehicles, fuel tanks, oil pans, gates, bars, devices, systems, tools, plumbing equipment, radiators, furnaces, windows and doors- Suitable for leakage and sealing of pipes, pumps, pipes, fittings, flanges, gutters, tanks, containers, casings, boiler, heating elements, cold/ hot- water pipes- Fills and seals exhausts, holes, cracks and scratches- Bridge bumps, ideal to fill material- As plug replacement at the outbreak on concrete, stone, floors, wood walls, ceiling and furniture parts- To glue the threaded rods and bolts in outbreaks or holes Advice: Working at the Kitt broken threads, screws and door hinges in the broken thread into the screw briefly dip in oil, turning into the soft putty and allow to harden. After curing, the screw is unscrewed. The result is a new thread without drilling or cutting. Shelf life: 24 months. Store in a dark place. Our Schwanheimer Industrial Kitt is available in 60g. Model construction adhesive
Schwanheimer industrial adhesive No. 100 is ideal for all types of bonding in the model construction sector. The bonds are transparent, high-strength and permanent. The adhesive can be applied with pinpoint and line precision using the micro-tips (fine dosing tips). If the adhesive surfaces are pretreated with Accelerator plus (curing accelerator) in advance, the adhesive hardens through contact (without pressure). The ideal solution for very thin adhesive areas and / or porous adhesive surfaces.

With the Schwanheimer jewelry glue sets, all repairs in the jewelry area can be done easily, transparently and permanently. The perfect solution for pearls, gemstones, clasps, eyelets, end caps, etc.
Workshop, do-it-yourselfers and craftsmen
Every professional is well equipped for all gluing tasks with our repair case in the box. The set replaces all special adhesives without complicated mixing or long curing times. Sealing
With the Schwanheimer industrial kitt all leaks such as gasoline or oil tanks, water tanks, pipes, fittings, flanges can be sealed easily and permanently.
Screw locking
Schwanheimer Lock-Seal Gel is a one-component, solvent-free reactive adhesive that hardens to a high molecular weight crosslinked plastic with the exclusion of atmospheric oxygen and the simultaneous catalytic influence of metal. This clamps itself in the surfaces of the parts to be connected. Schwanheimer Lock-Seal Gel prevents corrosion and forms form-fitting, shock and vibration-proof connections, which are far superior to all conventional mechanical fastenings. The advantages over conventional products are the sealing property, almost 100% complete emptying by the pump dispenser, no expiry date.
Glue removers, stain removers
With the Schwanheimer universal solvent and cleaner, hardened adhesive residues can be gently removed. All stains such as permanent markers, ballpoint pens, wax crayons, coffee, tea, etc. can also be removed from textiles and surfaces with the product. The Schwanheimer spray remover is ideal for larger areas.
